Cayman Reef Resort is located on the finest beach in the Caribbean, Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach. Nothing can compare to the white powder sand and the crystal-clear waters. Fully renovated, our personal home away from home, Cayman Reef Resort 56 has top of the line finishes sure to meet everyone's expectations. You & your guests will love your stay in this fantastic two-level vacation home. Two screened lanais, lower with electric BBQ and outdoor dining and upper with an outdoor lounge area. This 3-bedroom and 2-bath unit has used exclusively Serta iComfort therapeutic mattresses paired with Pacific Coast duvets and pillows to ensure a restful sleep on any of the four beds. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite privileges with the upper bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single over double setup. Ceiling fans in every room and both patios plus the largest residential AC unit available that is professional maintained are sure to keep everyone comfortable. This unit also has a whole home dehumidifier setup to help manage the Caribbean humidity when needed. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have in-suite laundry when you need to freshen up the towels during your short or extended stay. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, and free WiFi plus a computer desk with a large screen and peripherals to allow you to connect to and create a dedicated mini office if this helps you stretch your stay a bit longer. Telephone system has both a local line for making reservations and a second line for calling the USA or Canada for free. The kitchen has everything and more you could want in a kitchen. We have outfitted the kitchen with virtually every want, from Vitamix blender, Keurig coffee maker to a full line of Cuisinart small appliances. All units have an Alexa device to play music, and can be disabled with ease if she isn't your friend. In room safe and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Relax in the sun, play in the sand, or swim in the ocean, Grand Cayman truly is a paradise. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION BY TENANTS
1. Any cancellations must be made in writing with proof of delivery and/or electronically and acknowledged to be deemed received and will be subject to the following charges:
a. More than 60 days before arrival: Full Refund*
b. Between 59 – 31 days before arrival: Loss of 50% of total cost
c. Less than 30 days before arrival: Loss of 100% of total cost (no refund)
2. In the event of airport closure on either side of the scheduled flight, the value of the reservation will be issued a full credit to be applied against a future stay.
3. In the event that the Tenants becomes ill and/or is prevented from entering the Cayman Islands resulting in not being able to use the property, we are not able to reimburse or credit for the rental fees paid.
a. We will attempt to rent the period on the Tenants' behalf and credit these funds should we be able to rent the same dates to another party.
CANCELLATION DUE TO CAYMAN BORDERS CLOSING
a. More than 60 days before arrival: Full Refund*
b. Between 59 – 31 days before arrival: Full Refund*
c. Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% credit
d. While on island: 100% credit for unused days
HURRICANE
1. Hurricane closure is solely based on the Cayman Government issuing a travel advisory not to travel. Refunds based on above clause CANCELLATION DUE TO CAYMAN BORDERS CLOSING.
ADMIN CHARGES ON REFUNDS
1. *Any refunds issued will incur an admin charge equal to the transaction fee (typically 3%). Payments made by credit card or PayPal have a transaction fee. To avoid possible admin charges, please consider paying by check or draft or using PayPal’s friends and family option.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
1. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and return any money paid.
Deposit Policy
1. A deposit of 25% of the total booking is required to reserve the dates.
2. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and is not confirmed until such a confirmation has been received.
3. Sending of the deposit confirms Tenants' acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.
4. The full balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

"Fantastic time at Cayman Reef Resort"
We had a wonderful vacation at Marc and Monique’s condo. The location and amenities exceeded all of our expectations. Marc and Monique have thought of and provided everything to make your stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible, and Marc was always available for any questions we had. The condo complex is beautiful, well manicured and very quiet. The condo unit itself is decorated with high-end appliances and is quite luxurious. Cayman Reef Resorts is located close to grocery stores, restaurants and Camana Bay. It is also very close to Georgetown, where we went every morning to buy freshly caught fish from local fishermen. The snorkeling at the beach right in front of the condo is fantastic. Our family was amazed at the beautiful fish that can be seen right off the beach. We will definitely be returning to Cayman Reef Resorts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in any one of Marc and Monique’s units. Many of those whom we befriended while staying at Cayman Reef Resorts had only great things to say about Marc and all of his condo units.
