Still the best location on the island for just about anything, restaurants, grocery store and Caymana Bay which has everything you might want all within a five minute walk

Fantastic stay! Great place to walk to restaurants, Camana Bay, the beach, Fosters for groceries, and the BEACH! Beautiful sunset every night from your condo or on the beach. The condo is clean, the bed is comfy, and the towels are great. The condo has everything you need to explore the island, be comfortable, and cook your own meals. The communication with the owner was great. The people at the Cayman Reef Resort are all very nice and we felt very safe. Every morning a nice man set up umbrellas and loungers on the beach and kept the area tidy. I would recommend this condo and I would be stay here again.

Amazing place! So easy to walk to the beach by walking out the screened in patio. View was great. Private and quiet area, others at the complex were quiet and courteous. Everything needed for beach enjoyment is supplied, and the kitchen has top quality service wear and implements. Would love to come back, hosts are very thoughtful and thorough, making it easy to enjoy a super clean and comfortable condo. Bed was great, furniture comfy to use. Great location, so close to nice grocery store and great restaurants.

The unit was immaculate with a very well stocked and useful kitchen. Location is perfect, on Seven Mile Beach, within walking distance to Camana Bay. Unit is on ground floor with a patio and an unobstructed view of the ocean. We have been to Cayman many times and rate this condo with the best.

Second time staying in the same resort, in the same room. Absolutely loved it once again and will be back. The unit is updated, clean, fully stocked kitchen, great internet and TV. Unit 34 is 100 feet away from the beach which is amazing. We used the beach area just to the west of the building which was basically empty, absolutely fantastic. The owner has larger beach umbrellas that we used every day, best thing ever, put the umbrella exactly where you want. Has floaters, chairs, snorkeling equipment, BBQ. Lots of beach towels, small cooler so you can stock up on drinks, used it every day. There is a reason we keep coming back, cant wait till next year. Loved it!!!

First time to the Cayman's and as such you don't really know what you are signing up for. I feel incredibly lucky that we found Marc's place at the Cayman Reef. Literally 75 feet from toes in the water. Great snorkeling with the provided gear right outside your door. We decided to hold off getting a car as the island is small and it has been great using taxis, bus (vans) or scooters to get about. The food has been a huge bonus, we are five for five on restaurants. Location is about ideal. Plan on staying in the water a lot. I hope you have half as much fun as we did. Cheers,
Marc was also a great host. There was a bit of a problem with the shower head, quick text and Marc was on it, got it fixed by the next morning. I'll be telling my friendsto come on down.

Everything was 5-star - location to beach, restaurants, groceries in Camana Bay, condo was perfect for our family of 3, excellent communication with the owner! We can't wait for another vacation to Grand Cayman and stay at Cayman Reef Resort!

What can I add to all the other 5 star reviews listed on their website? Except, like one reviewer, make it 6+.
Stingray Stay #34 was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. Couldn't ask for a better location, the ocean close enough to hear and see a few steps away, sandy beach, the pool large with a good-sized paved area surrounded with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Large private sand terrace area close to the ocean shore. Short walking distances to great restaurants, ice cream treats, local shops for cute clothes, diving gear and beach stuff and a paved pathway for a 15 minute walk to Camana Bay. Right on bus routes to easily reach many attractions without needing a car. The screened lanai was our favourite morning spot. Comfortable bed, lots of room, great amenities above-and-beyond what other vacation rentals would provide. Made our wonderful time on Grand Cayman even more enjoyable, and a whole day relaxing at CRR was just perfect!

Unit 34 was an amazing place to stay. The location in relation to where it is on Grand Cayman as well as its location in the resort area are both amazing. Our unit was very clean, offered every amenity we could ask for and then some. What a great place to stay, highly recommended. A++++++++++

Just returned from an 8 day stay. The condo unit we stayed in was #34. Great layout, updated unit, the kitchen has absolutely everything yon need and some, comfortable very large bed, updated bathroom and kitchen, stacked laundry. The owner provides a beach umbrella and chairs which was great. We never really needed them since there is enough but it was nice to have so you don't have to worry about ever not having one and you can choose exactly where you want to be on the beach. We thought it was the best idea ever and used them every day. Also provided snorkeling equipment if that is what you like to do, chairs, beach towels,. The beach was great, little rocky due to severe storm they had back in December but just a great beach and you can walk for miles. The location could not be beter with liquor store across the street, grocery store 10 minute walk and at least 10-25 restaurants less than 20 minute walk with most within 10 minute walk. The owners kept in contact to make sure if we needed anything during our stay. Would like to thank the owners for an absolutely great vacation, coming back next year for sure.

What a spot! Right on Seven Mile Beach with views of the water and sunset, the location was perfect. Walkable to Camana Bay with gelato, many restaurants and shops. The condo was sparkling and stocked with everything you need. Tennis and pickle ball racquets, and a full kitchen. Friendly fellow travelers on the beach--which was calm and stunningly blue--we even formed a pickle ball tournament! Best vacation and we will be back!!

Marc was a helpful, responsive, and accommodating host.
He provided me with all the information I needed and was able to accommodate me at the last moment when my other booking didn’t go through. The place is at a nice and peaceful location just steps from the beautiful beach.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cayman Reef Resort. The condo was perfect. All the amenities were updated and top quality. I have to mention that the bed and pillows were very comfortable which is important for any vacation. We never had to adjust the AC as it was comfortable from the start along with ceiling fans in all the rooms. The resort is in a great location. It's right on the beach and within walking distance of a great variety of restaurants, shopping, and a brand new large food store in Camana bay. Public buses and taxis run daily along West bay road and the bus is only $2.50/ person USD. This was our second stay at Cayman Reef Resort and I highly recommend it to everyone.

A perfect central location on Seven Mile Beach and the actual unit was perfect, had everything that i needed, especially an over-sized beach umbrella that i used everyday…would definitely stay again

We had an incredible stay! The condo was clean, organized, and had everything we could have ever needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The location is great and located a walkable distance from the grocery store and local restaurants. Our hosts also checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed! Would absolutely recommend!

This is our second time
staying at Cayman Reef Resort in one of Marc and Monique’s units. The location is amazing, we loved being able to walk to the grocery store, liquor store, cycle classes, and amazing restaurants. The condo was extremely nice and clean. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could ever need. We loved relaxing on the beach and hanging out in the water.

Our stay was nice. The unit is steps from the beach and the best part is sitting in the patio listening to waves at night. The unit was super clean and smelled great upon arrival. The unit is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Marc was very responsive and attentive to our needs at all times and even let us check in early! The only drawback was the sofa bed. It was not the most comfortable, but overall I’d highly recommend this unit to a couple or a family with young children.

I read the reviews before we booked and they were right. There is everything supplied!. Good quality kitchen appliances, bedding, few steps to the ocean, water toys, even our own umbrella , that’s pretty cool, quiet air conditioning. Central to everything. Thanks Marc

From the moment we entered the condo we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and how well equipped it was. There was even fresh fruit on the table and bottled water and juice in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. The location was very convenient to get around the island, and many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Stayed during Christmas break- walkable to Camana Bay . Marc is very responsive to questions . .beach is little rocky but good place to snorkel and relax

We had an Amazing vacation... took my daughter at the end of her colllege semester. Weather was perfect, water was gorgeous and the condo was perfect..

We arrived early and the cleaning lady was there and allowed us to leave our luggage while she finished up..

We met so many wonderful families at the property and actually spent time together at the beach, at dinner and hanging out sharing dinner at each other’s condo.

Always felt safe and never ever locked our door while staying..

We are already planning our next trip and hoping to rent several at one time to accommodate family members who will be joining us.
