Cayman Reef Resort 50 - Ocean Oasis

Our stay was absolutely fantastic - 10/10!! The location right on the beach was perfect, with a beautiful view and easy access to the water. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we could have asked for, making it easy to prepare meals (and drinks!). There were plenty of towels, and every detail made us feel right at home. The communication prior to and during our stay was prompt and helpful too.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. We would absolutely stay here (or in one of their other properties) again.

We walked into the condo and it smelled so clean and fresh. The fruit and snacks plus the drinks were a thoughtful treat. It was hot and humid outside but always cool and refreshing inside. We loved the restaurant recommendations and enjoyed the ones we visited. Tilly’s and Piccolino’s was our favorite. We rented a car from Budget and it was nice going on daily drives. We enjoyed Foster’s grocery store because of the variety and lots to choose from. We swam and snorkeled with the turtles at the Cayman Turtle Centre. We used the provided masks and snorkels in the condo to snorkel in the beautiful ocean. Being able to wake up and walk out to the ocean every day was amazing! I walked down the beach for exercise every day. The sand is a beautiful white and the water is that turquoise blue that you see on the travel channel. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We cooked meals, we BBQ’d snapper on the grill and it turned out perfect. It was the best vacation! Thank you Mark & Monique

We had a beautiful stay in this wonderful location. Nice condo in a great location. We had a minor issue with plumbing but Marc was very responsive and worked with the maintenance staff on site to get it corrected. Highly recommend and plan to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay Cayman Reef Resorts. We took beach walks along gorgeous Seven Mile Beach every day. We ate well (too well., actually-ha!), and we loved visiting with people we came in contact with, both locals and fellow tourists, alike. Because we have been to Grand Cayman many times, we didn’t do any of the other touristy things this time. We simply relaxed. Our favorite thing to do when we bring family along with us though is to visit the Cayman Turtle Center. It’s especially fun for children. ? We also highly recommend a visit to Sting Ray City, for those who haven’t already had that experience.

4th stay in Cayman and best accommodation and location yet. Will be our “go to” for next stays. Beach access great with easy walking to good restaurants / shopping.

Perfect location. Right on the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Unit was extremely clean and furnished well. Kitchen was supplied with all necessary, utensils, plates, dishes, etc. Would definitely stay here again. The complex was super clean, great pool, very safe.

The property perfectly matched the listing description. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials plus a few thoughtful extras. While there was a prior warning about beach erosion at the resort, we found there was still plenty of sand to enjoy. Marc is a fantastic host!

Have traveled to the island for over 40 years. Cayman Reef is outstanding. Vlose to town and all activities. Condo is equipped with everything. Cone relax and enjot all that Cayman has to offer. Will be traveling back to #50 in June for 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and book with Marc. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Cayman Reef Resort. The condo was clean and had everything we could have needed even grocery bags! We loved the quiet vibe. There were many times of the day when we had the pool or the beach to ourselves! The location is perfect. You can easily walk to Camana Bay and to Fosters. And we could easily walk to some great restaurants (our favourites were Taco Cantina, Peppers, The Bird, and Coconut Joes). We could take the bus places too. It only cost us 10 USD to get anywhere and we went to the Turtle Center with a family of four and took about 20 min.
The beach was beautiful. It was calm and still most days. The last two days the waves were huge, easily 4-6 feet and were splashing over the break wall but we could still sit and play on the beach to the right of the resort. It was not inconvenient at all. We walked the beach as well. Even the kids were able to walk around the two areas where the beach was gone. We hope to return soon!

Had a wonderful stay!! Close to a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. Place was clean with plenty of towels. Great location! We were able to walk on the beach once. The rest of the time we went down there the ocean seemed to be pretty close to the wall. But there are plenty of public beaches nearby. I recommend Governor's Beach.

We had a fantastic stay! The host's attention to detail was incredible. We loved all the helpful notes around the unit—they clearly explained everything from using the heater to navigating the resort, making our stay so easy. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated that all the basics were provided. We felt so welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo! It is in an excellent location with beautiful surroundings. It is private, super clean, and it is steps to the ocean and pool. Marc and Monique were very responsive and helpful. I had a request and they got back to me immediately and could accommodated me. The place was like a retreat. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay if you plan on NOT renting a car. It’s a first floor unit and minimal stairs to worry about accessibility.
The location is on the main public bus(read small frequent vans that locals use and are safe). You can get to where you need to go by walking as well. The excursions frequently will do hotel pick up and the Marriott is a great spot one block down.
The facilities are perfect for two- while it would work for 4 it’s a better fit and space for a couple. The pool could use a refresh but the water was clean and the beach chairs In sand above the retaining wall are a good bonus for sunset watching.
All beaches in Cayman are public access and it’s a few minute walk either way for full sand if you are seeking it.
Small short walk to Caymana Bay with restaurants and shops for your liking.
Bed was very comfortable and the linens and space was clean with plenty of kitchen gadgets- well stocked. I would certainly stay here again!!

Our stay at Marc and Monique’s was wonderful. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We travel a lot, and this is by far one of the best units we’ve ever stayed in. They have a fantastic workstation which we took advantage of during the hot summer afternoon. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear, which we used every day. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We spent five days and four nights here and look forward to coming again.

We loved our stay at Marc and Monique’s place.The place was just as listed and more.
The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed .It was conveniently located to all the shops,restaurants,beaches.
I had a pleasure meeting their daughter and she was very friendly and polite.
It was one of the best trips this summer and if we ever decide to come back to Caymans,we will definitely come back to Marc and Monique’s rental.

The Condo was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, the landscaping was beautiful, and the condo offered a very comfortable setting with everything you could need to enjoy your stay.

We did have a negative experience. I want to note that this has nothing to do with how wonderful the condo or the hosts were, just a word of caution for anyone staying on Grand Cayman. There is an intersection that you will come to inevitable while staying at this location if you are driving that can be a tad confusing for drivers not from the island. It is a right hand turn that says it is protected, but there is a dividing barrier and cars can keep coming in the farthest lane. We did not know that the middle lane you turn into was for the purpose of waiting until that traffic cleared as it is not very clearly marked. We had to quickly get over to make it into the parking lot and this caused people to have to hit their brakes. This caused a run in with a rather aggressive and racist local that followed us off the street and into the parking lot, and then proceeded to exit their vehicle and threatened to kick our a**es and said that we were lucky that our arrogant white selves were in Caymans and that they are willing to put up with our s*** because if we were anywhere else the locals would shoot us.

That all being said. Our overall impression of Grand Cayman was fine and it seemed safe. Just be sure to play it cool while driving and do your best to follow the normal flow of local traffic. The roundabouts are tricky to traverse. Everyone else we met was plenty kind enough but this was a harsh start to our trip for sure.

First of all…. The owners Marc and Monique communicated with us both via text and email as soon as we made the reservation which continued until the time we were headed to the Caymans. A few days after our arrival Marc called just to check in on us. KUDOS! The information they immediately sent was filled with practical and well thought out information about the island…. The condo itself…. The condo complex (which is delightfully not a huge resort) that gave us confidence and peace when headed to a place we hadn’t been. He also had recommendations for dining. Their favorite restaurant in the island is Ragazzi (3 min from condo)…. And we loved it so much we ate there 3 times.
Secondly…. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I…. It had all the comforts of home.
The beach is just as described…. Somewhat eroded but still able to sit on it in the provided chairs and swim in heaven….. I would recommend wearing water shoes as at times the beautiful coral reef washes up…. Since I live in VA beach I use those water shoes all of the time.
If you are thinking about going to the Caymans and looking into a VRBO….. don’t hesitate….book this unit!!!! I pray I will be able to return.

This is not our first time staying at Cayman Reef Resort. We have been renting from Marc since 2012 and keep coming back every year because we love the whole experience so much. In fact our daughter and son-in-law now rent another condo from Marc at the same time so it truly has become a family experience for us. We love Grand Cayman for a vacation destination - beautiful island, lots of water sports, beautiful beaches, easy to get around, great restaurants and friendly locals. We feel very safe when we visit. The condo is beautiful, in a great location and stocked with just about every amenity you could possibly need. Marc is just great to deal with and so helpful. He always checks in to make sure everything is okay and is just a phone call away if you need anything. We have met many nice people at Cayman Reef Resort and see some of the same people every year. If you are looking for a place to just relax or enjoy the beautiful island and all it has to offer, this is the place for you.

I was amazed when I first got to the property. One because it was so beautiful inside and out. For me I like privacy and scenic views . The condo location gave just that. It’s located in walking distance to tons of places but also tucked. I’ve stayed at other condos and places before. However, Marc and Monique was by far the best host I’ve experienced. The communication, the thoughtfulness of their guest, to the amazing one bedroom. Felt like home away from home.

I’ve seen reviews about the beach but that part was fine to me. Yes a bit rocky in some parts but also by coral reef. You can’t beat that in the water and these beautiful fishes swim by. Highly recommend to give Marc and Monique a try if you’re thinking about staying in Cayman. 10 Stars hands down!

This condo was perfect! Very clean, had everything we could've needed, & a great location! By far the most comfiest bed and pillows i have ever slept on (I’m going get myself some of those pillows for home). The owners were super helpful and very honest about the beach and its current state. It wasn’t huge, but it was still clean and perfect for swimming in the ocean and had plenty of room for our chairs. The entrance from the beach to the ocean was a bit rocky, but you could walk down the beach a little bit and it was less rocky to get in the ocean. Water was very clear and sand was soft!

We have been renting from Marc at Cayman Reef Resort in Grand Cayman since 2012. We haven't even considered looking for a different resort because this is such a great place and Marc is such a great person to deal with! Marc's rental process is very easy and he is just a phone call away if you have a problem. He even calls when you arrive to make sure every thing is okay. The condo is well maintained and has every amenity you could possibly need. The resort is in a great location and it is very easy to walk to many restaurants and stores or you can take a small bus or taxi which are inexpensive and easily available. We always find the locals to be very nice and helpful and we feel very safe here. We usually find the other renters staying at the resort to be very nice and often see the same people returning year after year. You will definitely be missing a great vacation if you don't come to Grand Cayman and stay at this resort. You can do things around the island or just stay by the beach/pool and enjoy the beautiful weather.

This was our second time staying at this particular condo and we’ll continue to return. We had a shorter stay (4 nights) with our two adult children. The previous visit was just my spouse and I. Even though it was a bit cramped while sleeping, the condo did accommodate four adults easily with the sleeper sofa folding away to provide plenty of room for eating meals. We typically do not spend much time inside during but getaways - who would with the beautiful seven-mile beach literally a minute’s walk away? The enclosed patio provides a little extra space for a meal or playing cards. The condo is immaculately maintained and has all you need for a comfortable stay including a fully operable kitchen setup, towels/beach towels, and some snorkeling gear. There are stores within walking distance. This is truly a gem of Grand Cayman!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us! We had an amazing week and will definitely rent from this owner again! This condo was extremely clean and stocked with extras like beach towels, beach umbrella, floats etc.! Wonderful view, perfect location! Price was fantastic and the owner communication couldn’t have been better! Awesome experience. I would give 10 stars if I could!

This location was perfect and our host was very communicative with lots of information on restaurants, transportation options and things to do. The resort was quiet, the condo had everything needed, comfortable king bed, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, etc. This resort had a lovely beach front, ample chairs and the guests were friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The Cayman Reef Resort is located on 7 mile beach. The property is clean & well maintained. It is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants! Beautiful Camana Bay is a short walk. The owner called us upon arrival to make sure everything was up to our expectations! We will definitely stay here again!

We have rented many vacation properties over many years and this was probably one of the top 2 best equipped and supplied ever- noteworthy were the beach items (2 umbrellas, cooler, noodles, raft and beach toys) even though we did not use them, a rain umbrella (not needed either thank goodness!), beach towels, re-usable grocery sacks, books and movies. The cookware was good quality and plentiful as was the crockery, cutlery and glassware. There were 2 coffee pots (drip and pods) as well as a few starter coffee pods, sugar, powdered creamer, a few spices, and some condiments. A very nice touch was a bottle of Perrier and a container of juice in the refrigerator as well as a "welcome bowl " of apples, bananas and a few granola bars, Thank you for this thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and the bath towels were thick, fluffy good quality and generously supplied along with 4 beach towels. We always love to have a washer and dryer and these were new and high efficiency. Bonus points for plentiful drawers in the bedroom and bathroom, a good supply of hangers in the closet, extra pillows and blankets, luggage rack, the safe, hooks in the bathroom, the drying rack on the porch and the screened porch itself !! We love a screened porch. The air conditioning was new and worked great. The pool was very nice with loungers and umbrellas. The only disappointment about the Cayman Reef Resort- certainly not something the owners can remedy and more disheartening to them than anyone I am sure - was the badly eroded, rocky and narrow beach area but the price was very reasonable for that part of the SMB. Many people staying there were enjoying the beach and the lovely water. I am afraid we are admittedly spoiled about beautiful beaches. The area was great! We were happy to be able to walk to several places to eat and shop even though we had a rental car- we especially enjoyed Peppers. Thank you Marc for letting us enjoy such a great unit. I cannot think of a single thing I would add or change!!!

We cannot say enough good things about CRR50. The condo is immaculately well-kept and clean. It has every amenity needed to enjoy the beautiful island of Grand Cayman. In the kitchen, all appliances, dishes, and cookware are top-notch. In the bathroom, the towels are plentiful and nice; the shower is very clean. The washer and dryer are very convenient and easy to use. But the real jewel in the condo is the bedroom where the bed and linens are amazing. There are also some little things that many might not think about but really make a difference when you’re away from home: not having to lug a key around, reusable shopping bags for groceries, ice machine, pool noodles/beach gear/umbrellas, and a very handy cooler. Plus, all the communication provided before and during our stay was immensely helpful. You can tell that the owners put a lot of pride and effort into maintaining this unit; it’s much appreciated and a definite draw to return to on our next trip to the island.

My family had a great vacation and loved this property. Marc was very accommodating and thought of almost everything of for you to have the best vacation possible. You were greeted with fresh apples, bananas, and granola bars. The unit has everything you need such as, beach towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, blenders, pots/pans, and even coffee pods! Marc allowed us to check in a little earlier and check out a little later as well. I would highly recommend you contact him and stay at the Cayman Reef Resort as it was not only a great updated unit but also was a great location. Our family had a great time and will definitely recommend to others!

This was our sixth trip to the Cayman Islands and we have stayed at some very nice condos in the past. #50 at Cayman Reef Resort is by far our very favorite! The unit had everything you could ever want or need for the perfect vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable too, which is not always the case in most places. I want to buy the same mattress for our home it was so comfortable! I loved having a washing machine and dryer in the condo. We used it almost everyday. The resort itself is very nice and having a swimming pool was an added bonus. We really liked the location of this condo. There are so many restaurants and shops right across the street or within walking distance and the entrance to Camana Bay is also across the street as well. Camana Bay has restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, a theater, a gym and Foster's food market. It is a 10 minute walk from the condo. In the past we always had to rent a car, but you do not need one if you stay here. The public buses run right out front and only cost $2.00 to ride. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to bring the family back in the future. This was truly a perfect place to stay. We loved it!!!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and this has to be our favorite! We had a wonderful vacation at Cayman Reef Resort # 50. The beach in front of the condo was perfect. The water was warm and crystal clear. The snorkeling was great too and we saw lots of schools of fish. The water was calm enough to take my 3 year old snorkeling. The pool was clean and warm. The condo is well equipped with modern appliances. The washer dryer came in handy and worked really well. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we just took taxis during our stay. Taxis weren’t expensive, usually 10$ for the places that we were going. We shopped at the Fosters grocery store and made breakfast lunch at home and dinners out. Overall we had the best time swimming and snorkeling and enjoying the great condo. Definitely recommend this place and the owner was super helpful too.

We LOVED staying in Marc’s condo. He is very responsive, helpful and communicative. It was nice that he called and emailed to check in with us after arrival. The condo was great and exactly as described. Our kids kept quite entertained between the snorkeling gear provided and the community beach floats available. We loved the beautiful location on the beach with many Family friendly eating options just 3-5 minutes away and Camana Bay less than 10 minutes. Thank you Marc for such a memorable vacation and I hope we can return to this beautiful island in the coming years. We’d love to stay in one of Marc’s condos again - thanks again for our fabulous week in paradise!!

The property is exactly as advertised. Neat, clean and the owners have thought of everything to make it as comfortable as possible. The location cannot be beat. Right on 7 Mile and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Marc was very responsive and helpful to questions. We even had juice and fruit waiting our arrival. We will definitely stay here next trip if available.

When we travel, we stay at rentals from VRBO and Air BnB as much as possible, so I have a lot of other experiences to compare this one to and let me tell you, Marc’s property was hands down, the BEST of them all. The condo is beautiful, the location is perfect, the personal touch of a personal call and even a fruit bowl were unexpected, but so appreciated! He sent a lot of information ahead of time about the property and the area, but there’s even a printed version provided! Being able to make phone calls to the US from the property was a bonus too!

Marc was more than prompt in responding to any emails I sent (and there were quite a few) and wow, oh so gracious and flexible with our schedule that needed to accommodate our 16 month old son. For that, I am truly grateful!

If Marc owned a property on any of my future destinations, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it immediately!

We had a delightful stay at Marc's unit and everything was perfectly arranged to make our stay pleasant. The location of the unit is great and easily accessible to all near by attractions.

This condo is perfect for a no-frills beach trip. Marc has literally thought of everything someone could need. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The beach is beautiful and we had no trouble getting chairs. Within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars. Literally a perfect little slice of heaven, would definitely recommend.

The condo was extremely well equipped and cared for. The kitchen has every appliance and utensils needed. Lots of spices, paper produces, plastic wraps and foil which we never think to buy at the store. The owner Marc is a great landlord. Very attentive and even called to check on us. Will definitely rent from Marc again! Sue

This is our second time to Grand Cayman and chose to stay in Marc's condo. Right on the beach and close to everything you could want or need. We will surely be back

We stayed at Marc's Unit 50 at Cayman Reef Resort. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. Marc is a great "landlord" and checked on us a few times over our stay and was very responsive to our needs. I liked its location within the resort - not too close to the beach (a little busy during the day) or road. The pool is very nice, but the beach is what really sets this location apart. We always got an umbrella and you can just walk right into the ocean and snorkel, in what we found to be, one of the best snorkeling locations on seven mile beach. It was incredible - a variety of fish, a small nurse shark (don't worry - they are more afraid of you!) and even a baby sting ray. Right there!! If you are willing to travel a little for snorkeling, we really liked Eden Rock/Devil's Grotto in George Town. You can just enter the water from the wall along the southern side of the harbor - just look for the cruise ships and go to the south. The Marriott to the south also has some moonscape looking pods off their beach that have some interesting snorkeling. The resort location is between the northern end of seven mile beach and George Town - a great location with "Chicken Chicken" right across the street. There is some road construction just north of the resort (an overpass to get pedestrians from seven mile beach to the Camana Bay retail/restaurant center), but I think it will only help pedestrian travel in the area. We found the best way to travel around was by the Public Bus. There is a northbound stop right in front of the resort and a southbound stop across West Bay Road (watch for traffic!!). It was usually 5 US dollars a ride (for two) almost everywhere we went. People are so friendly, but the buses are very quiet and if you tell them where you are going, they will drop you off even if there isn't a "stop". They even drove us out of their way to get us to our destinations (like Pedro Castle). We even had the bus driver stop to see if we were ok or needed a ride when we were off the beaten track (looking for hell - look it up!). It was great! I know if can be hard to determine where to stay when you've never been to the island. Just know that the nearest large hotel is the Marriott - only a 10 minute walk to the south (towards George Town) and they have two nice restaurants there. We had the Sting Ray City tour guides pick us up at the Marriott, although everyone knows where the Cayman Reef Resort is.

My husband and I just returned from our 20th anniversary trip. Our first trip to Cayman Islands. Wish we could have stayed longer! I can't say enough good things about the owner Marc, the condo, Seven Mile Beach, and Grand Cayman. 1- Marc was awesome! I bragged about him to other vacationers the entire time we were there. Great communication before we left and during our stay. His restaurant recommendations were perfect and all the info he provided was so helpful! He even called the first night to make sure we made it in ok and to answer questions. It's obvious he takes a lot of pride in his condo and making sure his guests have everything they need for an awesome vacation! 2 - The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. We even had a welcome bowl of fruit, which was wonderful because we hadn't gone to the grocery store yet. Very comfortable king-sized bed with memory foam mattress. An updated bathroom with floor to ceiling tile and glass shower. Everything in the condo was top notch. And great location. Restaurants across the street, or a short walk. Grounds and pool well maintained. 3 - The BEACH...Wow!! The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. Powdery sand. Crystal-clear water. No seaweed. Calm winds. Gentle waves. No undertow. People were on rafts! Beach was uncrowded and quiet. No problem finding chairs every day, but maybe due to the time of year we traveled. Chairs and umbrellas were spread out, unlike Marriott a few doors down with row after row of chairs so close together they're touching. It was almost like we had a private beach! Amazing sunsets! Loved sitting on the beach with a bottle of wine watching the sunset. In the water, once you walk out to shoulder deep water, there are rocks, which made for good snorkeling right in front of the condo. 4- Cayman Island - We've been to 6 places in the Caribbean, Hawaii, California, Florida, and we agree this is our favorite. It's incredibly clean. People are friendly. Great roads (we rented a car and explored). Excellent food at every restaurant we tried. Food and beer/wine in stores was more expensive than we imagined, but restaurant prices were close to what we expected. Learning to drive on the left was challenging, but we finally got used to it... and have lots of funny stories. Marc - Thanks for being an awesome host. We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to go back, maybe with the kids next time.

This was a fantastic condo & location! Owner was great with communication, the condo has a wonderful set up and is very clean -- all it is advertised to be. Access to the beach is perfect and we were able to walk or take the public bus easily to anywhere we wanted to on seven mile beach. I would imagine in high season, the beach chairs can be hard to claim but the area is great!

we had a great vacation at this unit. it has everything we needed. the location can not any better. it's directly on SMB, you can walk to most of the restaurants on the beach or rent a car of you wish. that area of the beach is so nice and clean all the time. the owner, Marc , was great, he responded to our emails so quick. the whole resort is very clean and very well taken care of. the unit has 2 snorkels, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a few beach toys.

This is the third time that my wife and I have vacationed in Grand Cayman. We love the island and loved staying at the Cayman Reef Condo #50. The condo was perfect for my wife and I and the owners were great to work with. The beach is beautiful and everything that you need is within walking distance. In fact, we never rent a car and we definitely plan to return again! Tom Henderson

This condo was very clean and updated; the owner was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. He provided a number of practical suggestions such as where to get groceries, shopping, getting around. The condo itself was so well situated that we did not have to rent a car (tho, admittedly, we have been to Grand Cayman before, so we were not inclined to do any sight seeing). Our evening ritual was wine & cheese on the beach as we watched beautiful sunsets (property does face West). One feature I appreciated was that the unit is locked via code, so we did not have to carry/worry about a key. The only negative comment I have, and it is totally NOT a fault of the condo/property/owner, is that when the cruise ships come in, and on some days, there were many, the beach adjoining the development appeared to be the location where the cruise people were dropped off for the day. Most of the time, that was not a problem, but sometimes, the cruise population was more like an onset of spring breakers and all that that entails (drinking, smoking pot, swearing, screaming, general obnoxious behaviors). Alas, they all departed around 3 back to their Mother Ship, but it made for a non-peaceful day for us; we like the serenity. This would not deter us from recommending the condo, however, and we would gladly return here again.

You could not ask for more than this one bedroom condo right on seven mile beach in Grand Cayman. The owner is considerate and sends great information, the condo is set up for fast wifi, keyless entry, free phone calls, and a safe stay. Your patio has a beach and pool view for your morning coffee. The owner has put much thought in to every single thing to make your stay lovely, down to umbrellas to take to the beach to ensure you have your own shade. The washer and drier are great perks, so necessary for a beach vacation. Nice appliances, comfy furniture and bed. My husband and I have stayed many times in Cayman and we'll come back to this condo every time we return to Cayman. I almost hate saying how nice it is, it will always be snapped up and rented! You are steps from the beach and beautiful ocean, I swam every day. Marc responds rapidly to any inquiries you might have and the office was great to respond if you need something on site. We first found this condo by talking to a gentleman on the beach one day who was staying in another of Marc's condos, and he said he had stayed all over the island and this was the best site he's found of them all. We agree! This was our 9th trip to Cayman and a trip we enjoyed every minute of. Thanks, Marc.

We very much enjoyed our week. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor near the pool and is a short walk to the beach. It is updated and clean. The kitchen is supplied with every utensil needed. Marc was very organized and helpful as we were making our plans. We had a great stay.
