33 Cayman Reef Resort is also known as Anchors Away. The first ground floor unit inside the courtyard from the beach and ocean. Enjoy our 1-bedroom with some of the best ocean and beach views along all of Seven Mile Beach here at Cayman Reef Resort from your own personal screened lanai complete with electric BBQ. Ultra-comfortable king bed with a Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress matched up with Pacific Coast pillows and duvet give you the best possible sleep while away from your own bed. This unit has a demand hot water heater to make sure you have enough hot water for showers and when you use your own laundry facilities during your stay. We provide all linens and bath towels, beach towels too. A pullout sofa in the living room and extra bedding will be provided. Ceiling fans and a quarterly maintained AC unit is sure to keep you comfortable. Smart TVs for the evening, if so desired and free WiFi plus a computer desk with an LCD screen and peripherals to allow you to connect with to get some work done in a dedicated space. Alexa device to play music, wall safe and USB hub to keep devices charged will also be found in this condo. The phone is available to make local dinner and dive reservations or use the second line to make free calls to Canada and the USA. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION BY TENANTS
1. Any cancellations must be made in writing with proof of delivery and/or electronically and acknowledged to be deemed received and will be subject to the following charges:
a. More than 60 days before arrival: Full Refund*
b. Between 59 – 31 days before arrival: Loss of 50% of total cost
c. Less than 30 days before arrival: Loss of 100% of total cost (no refund)
2. In the event of airport closure on either side of the scheduled flight, the value of the reservation will be issued a full credit to be applied against a future stay.
3. In the event that the Tenants becomes ill and/or is prevented from entering the Cayman Islands resulting in not being able to use the property, we are not able to reimburse or credit for the rental fees paid.
a. We will attempt to rent the period on the Tenants' behalf and credit these funds should we be able to rent the same dates to another party.
CANCELLATION DUE TO CAYMAN BORDERS CLOSING
a. More than 60 days before arrival: Full Refund*
b. Between 59 – 31 days before arrival: Full Refund*
c. Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% credit
d. While on island: 100% credit for unused days
HURRICANE
1. Hurricane closure is solely based on the Cayman Government issuing a travel advisory not to travel. Refunds based on above clause CANCELLATION DUE TO CAYMAN BORDERS CLOSING.
ADMIN CHARGES ON REFUNDS
1. *Any refunds issued will incur an admin charge equal to the transaction fee (typically 3%). Payments made by credit card or PayPal have a transaction fee. To avoid possible admin charges, please consider paying by check or draft or using PayPal’s friends and family option.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
1. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and return any money paid.
Deposit Policy
1. A deposit of 25% of the total booking is required to reserve the dates.
2. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and is not confirmed until such a confirmation has been received.
3. Sending of the deposit confirms Tenants' acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.
4. The full balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

"5 Star Stay!"
Marc has done a tremendous job with his condo. It's so nice that I want to keep it a secret!!!! The condo is immaculate and it is filled with high class Everything. Marc spares no expense. He has it set up like he lives there. There are beach items like 3 sets of flippers, an umbrella in case you need it, floaty noodles, and I probably missed something. Basic condiments as well as fruit and water are there for you. Nice touch with those items as well as the granola bars. Condo 33 is set up like a high end home would be. You walk out the screened- in lanai, and it's 10 seconds to the ocean. It has an excellent view, a well maintained pool area, and a decent amount of beach loungers. It is a quiet respectful place and nobody reserves loungers with towels hours ahead. There are 2 beach clubs less than 3 minutes north of the condo if you feel like a tropical drink or a beer. The jerk chicken at Coral Beach was excellent. What really was excellent was receiving a call from Marc to make sure we were all set to go. Marc's condo is spotless, in a perfect location, and it was an excellent place to spend some relaxing days in. Feel free to book with confidence.
