Dining is easily the number one land-based thing to do in Grand Cayman. While traditional local cuisine was somewhat limited, the infusion of new visitors and residents – particularly during the past few decades – resulted in a very broad diversity of new restaurants, food sources, cuisines and culinary concoctions.
