AC System

This condo is equipped with a SMART thermostat & AC system.  All doors and windows must be closed for the AC system to function.  If a window is opened, the AC system will automatically shut off.  If a door is opened for longer than 10 minutes, the AC system will shut off, but if closed within 10 minutes of opening, the system will continue to run.

During the hours of 10am and 6pm, if the unit is vacant for more than 2 hours, the AC system will kick up to 78 degrees and upon occupancy will resume AC service automatically set to 76 degrees.  Should you wish to maintain a lower or higher temperature, this will need to be adjusted manually upon return to the unit.

Note: To adjust temperature, rotate knob to desired temperature & press OK.

Ensure MODE is set to COOL. If OFF, press button, rotate to COOL and press SELECT

Bathroom Exhaust Fan

Please use the push button timer switch (30 minutes) to run the exhaust fan during and after a shower.  Expelling the warm moist air helps promote a healthy environment and extend the life of our bathroom(s).

HVAC system is a single unit with two controls.  This unit can be operated from the main floor at the touch panel or from the thermostat at the top of the stairs. If the Hold key is pressed on the thermostat upstairs it will lock out control from the main floor touch panel.

Temperature can be controlled on the main floor touch panel by pressing the temp icon on the screen.  A menu will appear where you can select control of the thermostat.  Note:  On touch screen you can always go back to the main menu by pressing the “Home” icon in the bottom right hand corner that looks like a door.

Temperature can be controlled on the second floor at the thermostat by rotating the knob to the desired temperature & pressing OK. Ensure MODE is set to COOL. If OFF, press button, rotate to COOL and press SELECT
